2. Products

All products are handcrafted from natural beech wood. Due to the nature of the material, slight variations in color, grain, and texture are normal and make each piece unique. Product images are representative but may differ slightly from the actual item.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Woodcore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

6. Warranty

All Woodcore products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Woodcore shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
